My career began behind the lens as a photographer, eventually growing into a successful production studio where I directed a team of creatives and marketing professionals. In 2019, as my daughter entered middle school, I made the conscious decision to prioritize my family and transitioned my business to a remote consulting model.

With more time to focus on my passions, I began restoring old cars and renovating my 1950s ranch right here in Upper Arlington. I developed a deep love for understanding how complex systems work—and how to fix them when they don’t. I didn't know it then, but this hands-on education was perfectly preparing me for a career as a home inspector.

Throughout my time as a homeowner, my tall, hardworking, and incredibly handy neighbor, James DeGraw, was always my first call when something went wrong. He could either fix it or knew the exact right expert who could. I watched James build Elevate Inspections with that same level of dedication. When he decided it was time to expand the team, the timing couldn't have been better. I am incredibly grateful to be the first addition to Elevate, supporting a great friend and a business I truly believe in.

Today, my background as an artist and creative director gives me unmatched attention to detail and diligence. More importantly, my experience as a father highlights the critical importance of a safe, well-cared-for home. As a Home Inspector, I blend my meticulous eye with my hands-on experience to help our clients confidently navigate one of life’s most important decisions: buying their first, or next, home.
